Added a new drawing of the UK/VRC 353 VHF radio and the matching DMU.

The UK/VRC 353 is a vehicle-mounted VHF FM transceiver developed and built by MSDS (Marconi Space and Defence Systems Ltd.) in the mid 1970s and 1980s. The frequency range 30-75.975 MHz range with possible 1840 channels. It offers power settings up to 50 Watts.
A DMU is a Digital Master Unit, used in conjunction with the necessary encryption devices, can provide secure communications on any VHF network, to other sets connected to a DMU.
